Program Overview
The Overwatch Leadership Development Internship Program is an immersive experience that combines cross-functional rotations, executive engagement, leadership development, public speaking, project-based learning, and mentorship. Interns are expected to think critically, contribute ideas, and challenge conventional thinking while learning how high-performing organizations operate.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across multiple business functions.
- Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts on real business initiatives and operational challenges.
- Attend weekly leadership development sessions focused on communication, accountability, decision-making, and professional growth.
- Develop public speaking confidence through recurring presentations to peers, managers, and senior leaders.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, communication, or performance.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to complete projects and business challenges.
- Engage directly with executive leadership to gain insight into organizational strategy and decision-making.
- Complete a capstone project and present recommendations to company leadership at the conclusion of the program.
