Junior Marketing Associate

GEM is actively seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and career-oriented Junior Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team.

This entry-level position offers hands-on training in marketing strategies, direct advertising, promotional techniques, visual merchandising, and consumer engagement. You'll gain practical experience supporting event-based campaigns while developing valuable communication, sales, and leadership skills.

For individuals who demonstrate strong performance and leadership potential, this role offers opportunities to advance into team leadership positions.

No previous marketing experience is required. Training is provided!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the growth and execution of event-based marketing campaigns.
• Support customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
• Participate in promotional events and retail marketing campaigns.
