GEM is expanding its outreach team and looking for a full-time Junior Marketing Associate to support our growing portfolio of clients. This entry-level role focuses heavily on business growth strategy, community activation, and on-site campaign execution. Daily Responsibilities & Training Structure

• Campaign Coordination: Work closely with senior management to plan and organize the logistics of daily local awareness events and brand activations.
• Community Outreach: Conduct face-to-face presentations at promotional locations, building professional connections and answering public inquiries clearly and confidently.
• Market Analysis: Assist the leadership team in tracking daily engagement metrics and consumer feedback to measure the impact of localized outreach strategies.
• Leadership Development: Participate in daily corporate strategy sessions, learning the foundational elements of territory management, client relations, and peer mentorship.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; interest in business, public relations, or communication is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a confident, professional verbal communication style.
• A teachable attitude and a willingness to master new marketing systems through hands-on practice.
• Ability to commute to designated local campaign environments daily.
