JR Gymnastics Coach

The Junior Coach is a current or former EGA Team athlete who assists coaches and staff in providing a safe, fun, and supportive environment for all participants. This role develops leadership, responsibility, and coaching skills while serving as a positive role model for younger athletes.

• Supervise participants during Open Gyms.
• Supervise Parent Night Out events.
• Assist with the supervision of Birthday Parties under the direction of senior staff. (Junior Coaches are not eligible to host birthday parties.)
• Assist senior staff in working with Special Needs students.
• Serve as a Camp Assistant during summer and holiday camps.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and encouraging environment while following all EGA policies and procedures.

• Personal experience with gymnastics
• Current or former EGA team athlete
• Positive attitude

What You'll Earn

• The pay range for this position is $10-$12 per hour.
• Entry-level team members start at the beginning of the pay range, with regular opportunities for pay increases as they grow.
