About this Role

R.R. Cassidy is looking for a HR Intern that will provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources department. This position assists with employee records, onboarding, HR communications, and other HR-related activities while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee personnel records and HR files.
  • Support new-hire onboarding, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientations, and ensuring required documentation is completed.
  • Respond to employee questions regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, payroll, and company programs or direct questions to the appropriate HR team member.
  • Maintain HR databases and employee information.
  • Support benefits enrollment and employee benefits administration.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, training programs, and company events.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
