We’re looking for an HR Intern to join our team in Austin, Texas, in the summer of 2027. In this role, you will work with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to assist in talent acquisition, recruitment, and human resources processes. #LI-DNI What You'll Do Work closely with Recruiters on strategic sourcing projects for roles across the business, using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to connect with potential candidates Input candidate data into the applicant tracking system (ATS) Support the Talent team with Co-op and Intern recruitment Work with the HR team on tasks and projects related to onboarding, career framework, and training and development Support the Workplace Experience Manager in creating a welcoming and functional office environment, including assistance with employee experience initiatives that enhance day-to-day operations What You'll Bring These roles are open to students currently enrolled in an accredited University or college program, with a preference for students in a Human Resources or Organizational Design program, or recent graduates. Candidates must be available to work from our Austin office for the duration of the internship.
