Cadet To Cater is a growing floral boutique and event service company dedicated to creating beautiful experiences and providing exceptional customer service. We’re looking for reliable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our team.

No prior floral or event experience is required. We’re willing to train the right person. If you have a positive attitude, take pride in your work, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a team member at Cadet To Cater, your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with floral and gift shop operations
• Preparing and organizing products, supplies, and materials
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown
• Supporting weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and other special events
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Assisting with deliveries and event-related tasks when needed
• Working with team members to complete projects efficiently
• Following instructions and company procedures
• Taking on additional responsibilities as you learn and grow

EXPERIENCE IS NOT REQUIRED

You do not need previous floral, retail, or event experience.

We value work ethic, reliability, attitude, and willingness to learn. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
