Position Summary
We are looking for an Entry-Level Event Coordinator to assist with the organization and execution of promotional events. This position is a great fit for someone who is energetic, dependable, and interested in developing hands-on coordination and event management skills.
Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating event schedules, materials, and resources
Help prepare venues and promotional areas before events
Organize displays, supplies, and approved promotional materials
Welcome attendees and assist with event-related questions
Support customer engagement throughout promotional activities
Coordinate with team members to keep events organized and on schedule
Monitor event areas and help address routine needs during activities
Assist with event breakdown and organization of materials afterward
Gather attendee feedback and share observations with the event team
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and confident when interacting with others
Reliable and punctual
Comfortable working in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
Ability to follow instructions and manage multiple responsibilities
Previous event, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
