Entry Level Access Management Technician

CyberlinkASP is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in our Dallas office. This person will provide technical guidance and support to our business and customers. This will be a in office role with a salary range of 44K-48K per year

The ideal candidate will have a quick avid learner, who enjoys troubleshooting and fixing various access issues.  

Responsibilities: 

• Provide customer support – Collaborate with other technical team members to provide exceptional customer service to the client. Work with engineers to explain any errors found and provide recommendations for a solution. Improve any current programs by understanding the goal and outcome. 

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Technically savvy with strong time management skills
• Experience troubleshooting issues and achieving solutions
• The ability to calmy and professional explain to a non-technical person in a way they will understand simple issues and handle customer requests
