We are seeking dependable and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join a patient-focused team at a federal healthcare facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Key Duties:
- Assist patients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and other activities of daily living
- Support safe mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
- Obtain and accurately document vital signs, blood glucose readings, and other basic clinical screenings
- Conduct routine patient rounds and respond promptly to patient needs
- Assist nursing staff with specimen collection, wound care, catheter care, and other routine patient care
- Observe patients for changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral condition and promptly report concerns
- Accurately document patient care and observations in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Follow infection prevention, patient safety, confidentiality, and federal facility protocols
Requirements:
- Active Texas Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
