Assistant Manager

As Assistant Manager, you help run the store day to day alongside the Store Manager — leading people, managing operations, and driving results. You'll be the person-in-charge when the Store Manager is away.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Support daily operations, opening/closing, and shift coverage
• Help schedule, train, and develop the crew
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor deliveries
• Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and health-code compliance
• Handle cash management, deposits, and daily sales reporting
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members
• Help drive sales targets while controlling labor and food costs
• Serve as person-in-charge in the Store Manager's absence

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 1+ year of QSR / food-service or retail supervisory experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable with scheduling, POS, and basic P&L / reporting
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food Manager certification a plus (or willing to obtain)
