Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Mentorship

Support the Shop Manager in maintaining a professional, positive, and team-first shop culture.

Act as floor lead when the Shop Manager is off duty.

Be a point of contact for barber questions and minor client concerns.

Mentor barbers with technique, service quality, and professionalism.

Build local relationships with businesses to promote the shop.

Operational Support

Assist in shop open/close duties and ensure cleanliness standards are upheld.

Help with scheduling adjustments, call-outs, and ensuring proper shop coverage.

Support product and supply inventory management as needed.

Ensure barbers are following service standards and shop procedures.
