JOB DUTIES

Candidate will focus on understanding the key differences between common and rare genetic variants that influence susceptibility to celiac disease and inborn errors of immunity. A particular emphasis will be placed on investigating the extended HLA A1-B8-C7-DR3-DQ2.5 haplotype and its effects on immune responses through the analysis of RNA sequencing , Olink proteomics, and spectral flow cytometry data. Dr. Han will also receive training in the analysis of next-generation sequencing  data and will assist with the identification of disease-causing rare variants and their functional characterization.
