JOB DUTIES
Candidate will specifically working on development of computational models for the group of patients with congenital heart disease and borderline size ventricle undergoing complex biventricular repair.
— Specific implementations within the OpenSource library PhysioBlocks (for biomechanical computational modeling) related to the patients with borderlines size ventricles (including e.g., representation of double-outlet right ventricle; double-inlet left ventricle; Glenn connection; etc).
— The aim of computational models will be to predict the potential short-term risk of the failure of the borderline-size ventricle after the biventricular repair.
— The candidate will also contribute to scientific presentations and publications in scientific journals.
