PowerApps Administrator
San Antonio, TX (hybrid)
Pay From: $80,000 per year
MUST:
Active DoD Secret is preferred or candidate with a Level II Public Trust and a recent CAC is needed (Preference will be given to current CAC holders)
2+ years of experience working with PowerApps (ideally in Federal/DoD space)
Experience with some of the following : Power Platform components, including PowerApps, Power FX, PowerAutomate, PowerBI, and Power Platform environments
Experience with software languages such as JSON, JavaScript, PowerFX
Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service), Azure, and related technologies is a plus
Experience with Microsoft technologies such as SharePoint, SQL Server, and .NET framework
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong customer service skills required
Strong documentation skills
Strong problem-solving skills and highly analytical
Active Security+ce is desired
Certification in PowerApp administration or development are a plus
DUTIES:
The ideal candidate will provide PowerApps administration, maintenance, and support for Government clients
Work with Sr members of the development team to provide PowerApps solutions, to help ensure seamless integration with various business systems and enhancing user experiences
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as backups, upgrades, and patches, following best practices and change management processes
Document PowerApp configurations, processes, and procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity of operations
Participate in project teams, working groups, or committees focused on business process automation, digital transformation, or technology innovation initiatives
Stay up to date on Power Platform updates, changes, patches, and new features and help evaluate their impact on current systems and look for areas for potential changes, enhancements, solutions and potential necessary recommendations
Provide technical support to end-users and resolve PowerApps-related issues
Develop and deploy custom connectors, components, and plugins to extend PowerApps capabilities
Customize PowerApps to create user-friendly, efficient, and visually appealing applications
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower users to utilize PowerApps effectively.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and integrate analytics solutions into PowerApps
