We are open to Co-op Students this spring for this position, or students who may be looking to complete rotations in other blocks
Spring session - January 11th- May 15th

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome students with a focus on, Architecture, urban planning, Landscape architecture, and related fields—who are:
Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
Excited to bring their ideas to the table.
Ready to embrace teamwork and new challenges.
What you'll do
- Provide customer service both in-person and over the phone
- Draft narrative and illustrative content for plans and reports
- Assist in the coordination of certain permits, including: Land Disturbance Permits, Plats, Zoning-Related Applications & Fence Permits.
- Manages pre-application meetings for planning and zoning-related applications, including pre-review of all submittals, note-taking and follow-up correspondence with applicants or clients.
- Manages and updates all applications and forms, as needed.
- Creates zoning verification letters.
- Assembles notes/summary/minutes documents for meetings.
- Completes business license reviews for compliance with zoning regulations.
- Conducts research on planning and zoning-related matters.
- Travel to other local offices and clients may be necessary.
