Job Summary The Marketing Coordinator – Intern will assist with developing and implementing marketing communications that optimize the customer journey for Mortgage servicing. You will be supporting assigned marketing projects from concept through implementation, monitoring project progress and campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement, and preparing status reports and updates for Mortgage Servicing leadership. You will also bring Planet's brand identity to life through impactful design and creative solutions while helping ensure customer communications are seamless, consistent, and as low-friction as possible across the customer touchpoints. Working with cross-functional teams, the Marketing Coordinator – Intern develops customer communications across email, website, print, and other digital channels; coordinates creative development and approvals; and assists with the launch of new customer communication programs and brand initiatives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Collaborates closely with internal partners to develop tailored marketing strategies and plans that effectively support their respective areas. Assists in the conception, execution, and oversight of marketing campaigns, projects, and workflows from inception to completion, ensuring seamless delivery. This includes but is not limited to materials for print, social media, email marketing, and promotional items. Generates comprehensive reporting for projects to determine results including creative testing and ROI. Manages other key marketing initiatives critical to the Company’s success. Assists with administrative support and research of special projects. Performs additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness and success of the marketing department.
