Oversee the kitting process to ensure materials and components are accurately picked, staged, and delivered to production on time while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting manufacturing schedules.

- Supervise and lead kitting personnel and material handlers.
- Ensure kits are assembled accurately and delivered to production on schedule.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material shortages with planning and purchasing teams.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
- Enforce quality standards, ESD procedures, and safety requirements.
- Train, coach, and evaluate team members.
- Track productivity, efficiency, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S, and process optimization.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 3–5+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or materials management experience.
- 1–3+ years of supervisory or team lead experience.
- Experience in electronics manufacturing (SMT preferred).
- Knowledge of SAP systems and inventory control practices.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of electronic components and bill of materials (BOMs).
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to analyze inventory and production data.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
