Junior Estimator

In this role, you will be working as a Junior Estimator for a client that works in the construction industry.  This position will be responsible for estimating new projects and helping track projects costs as projects move through construction.

This position is a contract to possible hire role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked on-site.

• Bachelors Degreein construction management or architecture 
• Architectural project experience preferred
• MS Office experience - Excel required
• Review construction drawings, specifications and other bid documents 
• Perform material and quatity takeoffs 
• Assist in developing labor, material, equipment and other project cost estimates
• Work with vendors and suppliers
• Strong math skills
