Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, with a primary focus on Talent, Learning and Performance Management and cross-functional support for Core HR, Benefits, and Recruiting.

  • Communicate clearly and effectively, articulating issues, risks, recommendations, and progress to business partners, end users, and team members. 

  • Demonstrate integrity and accountability, exercise sound judgment, and consistently advocate for doing the right thing while taking ownership of commitments and outcomes. 

  • Maintain data integrity through audits and validations, and troubleshoot issues using research, root cause analysis, and end-to-end testing. 

  • Support system configuration, testing, documentation, enhancements, and ongoing optimization across assigned HCM modules. 

  • Support and troubleshoot integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and connected enterprise platforms, coordinating end-to-end testing, monitoring data flows, identifying downstream impacts, and partnering with technical teams to resolve issues.

  • Support access reviews, process automation, system improvements, releases, and special HRIS initiatives as needed.

  • Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports to support reporting, analysis, validation, and troubleshooting. 

  • Manage support tickets and enhancement requests, providing timely updates and escalating risks or issues when appropriate. 

 

Job Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university and/or equivalent experience.

Experience

  • 4+ years of progressive analyst experience

  • 4+ years of experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud for HCM and/or Talent products

  • Experience supporting or troubleshooting integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and third-party or enterprise platforms is a plus.

  • Previous experience working for a construction company and/or with a bilingual workforce is a plus

Skills

  • Understanding end-to-end ERP processes, cross-platform integrations, data flows, and downstream impacts across HCM modules, reporting, security, and business processes.

  • Ability to prioritize and support configuration, testing, system updates, documentation, and training.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across HR, Talent, IT, and business teams.
  • Sound judgment, accountability, and ownership of commitments and outcomes.
  • Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and HCM reporting tools for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong ability to learn and follow established processes, playbooks, and standards before recommending changes, ensuring impacts are understood before streamlining or optimizing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on root cause analysis.
  • Understanding of HR lifecycle and talent processes, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
  • Project management experience.

  • Flexibility to occasionally adjust work hours to support projects, system activities, releases, or critical business needs.

  • This is a hybrid position with occasional travel for team meetings, training, and company events.

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in an office or remote environment while remaining accessible, engaged, and responsive during established working hours.

  • Maintain a private, professional workspace that supports focused work, confidential discussions, and effective virtual collaboration. 

  • Maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection, via wired LAN or dependable Wi-Fi, sufficient for virtual meetings and daily business activities. 

  • Maintain a professional presence during virtual meetings, including an appropriate workspace or virtual background when meeting with business users and stakeholders. 

 

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance consistent with the requirements of the position.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in person and through virtual, telephone, and other business channels. 

  • Ability to use a computer for extended periods to perform system administration, analysis, reporting, documentation, and other job-related activities. 

  • Ability to occasionally access and navigate construction or job-site environments, which may include stairs or ladders, when required.
