Our client in the Cumming and Alpharetta area is adding a Junior Commercial Hardscape Estimator to their team. This is a full‑time, direct‑hire opportunity offering a 4/1 hybrid schedule — four days in the office and one day remote each week.  If you or one of your colleagues is interested please click Apply Now.

As a Junior Commercial Hardscape Estimator, you will be responsible for developing accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for exterior construction and hardscape packages, utilizing Bluebeam, ProEst, or similar estimating software. Project scopes include concrete flatwork, stonework, paver systems, site walls, walkways, and related exterior improvements.  You will report to the Chief Estimator.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience performing material takeoffs for hardscape projects, including concrete, stone, pavers, retaining walls, and related sitework scopes.
• 1+ year of working in take-off software such as Bluebeam, ProEst or similar required.
