Our Personal Lines State Management team is seeking exceptional college students for our Summer Internship Program, which provides meaningful opportunities for personal and professional growth, as well as rewarding career path options. This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement.    IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:  Support the Personal Line State Management Analytics group  Use analytical skills to the development and enhancement of unique propriety business tools that drive optimization and consolidation of agent partners business  Analyze business trends, performance metrics, and operational data to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions to support business growth, decision-making, and customer needs Use SQL to collect, extract, analyze, and validate data from multiple sources to support reporting and analytics initiatives Develop data and reports for field and customers to articulate value to agent partners and customers  Provide accurate analytical support to team supported ensuring results are validated and accurate  Summarize information and effectively communicate analyses in writing and verbally to internal partners  Assist in various projects, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ever-changing and evolving business environment  Create and present a final presentation for management and leadership members at the close of the internship program highlighting the work you accomplished throughout the summer  Communicate with customers, external partners and internal departments frequently   WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY:  Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred  Currently enrolled in a bachelors degree or advanced degree program Technical Skills: PowerBI (preferred) or Tableau experience, Excel, SQL Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program  Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future  Marketing, sales, or customer service background preferred  Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills  Demonstrates initiative, creativity and analytical skills  Thinks critically and anticipates, recognizes, identifies, and  develops solutions
