IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: Perform daily Learning Operations team functions, such as: Knowledge Architecture & Content Audit: Standardize tagging by applying consistent characteristics to courses so employees can easily search for them; Map content journeys through documenting how knowledge flows from subject matter experts to employee users through the formal learning ecosystem Data Collection & Manipulation: Administration of the learning measurement process, including distribution and data collection/manipulation from learning surveys, quality and productivity reports, learner engagement metrics, knowledge management system usage, etc. Knowledge Management and Learning Platform Support & Optimization: Management of digital assets across multiple repositories; troubleshooting end-user/learner access issues; management of learner enrollment/status, course/session creation/updating/retirement in the learning management system/curriculum management system. Internship Project - Consolidated Business L&D Department-wide SharePoint Architecture Task: Design/Architect Central Repository: Create a single "Home" site for department-wide announcements, shared resources, and general documentation. Establish Functional Permissions: Structure sub-sites for the three main functional areas, ensuring restricted access or distinct sections for their respective sub-teams. Standardize Global Navigation: Structure a menu across all sub-sites so users can fluidly jump between broad department resources and deep, targeted focus-area materials. Document Standard Procedures: Create user guides and process maps detailing how the team uploads and archives assets, maintains the site, etc. Gather User Feedback: Conduct surveys or focus groups to evaluate how easily employees can find information, what their needs are, etc.   WHAT YOU NEED TO APPLY: Currently enrolled in a bachelors or advanced degree program Pursuing Bachelors degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Management, Information Science/Information Technology; Management Information Systems, or Business Analytics preferred Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher preferred Ability to commit to a full time 10-week internship program Ability to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Preferred Technical Experience:  Interest or exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS)/Content Management Systems (CMS): (examples: Workday Learning, Cornerstone, or Docebo, SharePoint, SQL Servers) Data Visualization Tools: exposure to PowerBI or Tableau  Data Analysis & Manipulation: Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUPS, pivot tables], Power BI, or basic SQL to clean and query learning data Design Basics: logical folder nesting; experience with creating intuitive layouts using standard SharePoint modern web parts
