Position Details:
- Locations: Northern, AZ.
- Outpatient setting M-F.
- Contract Length: 3-6 months with option to extend.
1099 Compensation:
- Hourly Pay: $140- $150/HR All-Inclusive.
- Malpractice Insurance Covered.
Requirements:
- Any State license Accepted.
- DEA required.
- BLS, PALS.
- Board Certification.
