Sigma, Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership at a leading healthcare organization in Boston, MA. This onsite contract opportunity is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong executive support experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to manage complex projects, communications, meetings, and sensitive information.

The Executive Assistant will act as a key liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, independently managing priorities, preparing executive communications, coordinating high-level meetings, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide complex administrative support to executive leadership and assist with managing daily priorities.
  • Represent the executive when interacting with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, community partners, government agencies, legal teams, and consultants.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters using discretion, professionalism, and independent judgment.
  • Respond to policy-related questions and determine appropriate next steps for issues requiring executive attention.
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Research, prepare, and edit complex memos, letters, reports, presentations, and executive communications.
  • Collect, analyze, and organize information to support executive decision-making.
  • Generate reports, validate data accuracy, and determine appropriate data inclusion and reporting requirements.
  • Manage executive calendars, online appointment schedules, and complex meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate multiple meetings, prepare agendas, organize materials, and maintain background documents for executive review.
  • Arrange complex domestic and business travel plans, including schedules and presentation materials.
  • Develop and maintain organized filing systems for easy access to executive documents and resources.

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 5–8 years of executive administrative or related administrative support experience.
  • Experience supporting senior executives, directors, presidents, or healthcare leadership preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including:
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Word
    • Excel
    • PowerPoint
    • Access (preferred)
  • Ability to create complex documents, presentations, reports, and data analyses.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
