The Electrician Apprentice is an entry-level position, typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience to assist with routine and standard projects and assignments within the Electrician family. Works under close supervision.
• Assist with conduit fabrication and installation; maintain spacing and supports. • Pull conductors per plan; ensure identification and separation. • Prepare basic terminations under supervision; verify crimp quality. • Clean panels and switchgear using appropriate methods. • Perform meter readings (voltage/current) and log results during tests. • Assemble enclosures and mount devices per layout. • Support PMs by staging kits, verifying part numbers, and packing out waste. • Maintain tool and meter inventories; track calibration due dates. • Photograph as-built conditions and upload to work orders. • Participate in pre-job briefings and set up barricades/signage.
• Minimum Experience: 0 - 2 years • Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED Equal Opportunity Employer.
