Dental Assistant

Sparta Networking is seeking experienced Dental Assistants for flexible assignments with busy dental practices in and around San Antonio, Texas.
Opportunities may include per diem shifts, short-term coverage, and ongoing assignments. This role is ideal for dependable Dental Assistants who can quickly join a clinical team and help provide an organized, positive patient experience.
What You'll Do
- Prepare treatment rooms and patients for appointments
- Assist dentists chairside during procedures
- Take and process dental X-rays
- Clean and sterilize instruments and operatories
- Assist with impressions and general clinical duties
- Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the day
Requirements
- At least 6 months of Dental Assistant experience
- Dental radiography certification or registration as required in Texas
- Current CPR certification
- Dependable and comfortable working in a busy dental office
Pay and Schedule
- Starting at $22 per hour, based on experience
- Flexible scheduling
- Per diem, short-term, and ongoing assignments
- Weekly pay
