Business Development Intern/Co-Op

Summary Supports the regional business development team by conducting market research, tracking opportunities, maintaining CRM data, coordinating client engagement activities, supporting proposal development efforts, preparing pursuit intelligence, and assisting with event planning and client outreach. This role provides exposure to construction, marketing, preconstruction, and client relationship management while developing future business development professionals. The individual in this role reports directly to the Director of Business Development. Minimum Requirements Experience conducting research or managing projects in an academic or professional environment. Possess excellent organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong writing and proofreading abilities. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Participate in CRM database updates and maintenance, specifically project and employee information. High School Diploma   Preferred Requirements Pursuing degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Technical Skills / Experience with: Microsoft Copilot, Adobe Suite, CRM platforms, Microsoft Suite. Being research oriented. Comfortable initiating conversations and building relationships. Possess strong presentation skills. Analytical thinker who enjoys gathering and organizing information.
