This position combines client communication, appointment coordination, and benefit education. You’ll manage your scheduled appointments while providing each member with a helpful and personalized experience.

Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, call centers, administration, or sales can be helpful, but it is not required.
You won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own. New representatives receive structured training and continued support as they learn the position.
