Assistant Director - Graduate, International and Online Students

Performs varied and complex administrative duties in the management and coordination of a large specialized project and/or program. Requires independent judgment and application of established policies and procedures. Works under general supervision with evaluation based on overall results obtained.

• Promote financial well-being and literacy among graduate, online, international students and families by developing, implementing, and assessing educational programs, resources, and outreach initiatives that support informed financial decision-making and long-term financial success.
• Collaborate with campus partners, including Student Financial Aid, Student Business Services, TTU Online, the Office of International Affairs, and the Graduate School, to integrate financial well-being and literacy into student programs and services, ensuring students have access to coordinated support and resources for educational financing and financial success.
• Provide financial education and coaching to students and families, helping them develop financial knowledge, skills, and action plans that build financial confidence, support academic persistence, and promote responsible financial behaviors.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental and institutional goals by participating in program assessment, special projects, and other activities that advance students and families financial well-being and literacy.

Bachelor's degree in the area of specialization or closely related field. Three years of related administrative and technical experience. Additional job related education may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis.
